Refund policy

At Cosmobe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it by mail following the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Method

  • Returns are accepted by mail only.

  • To request a return, please email us at hello@cosmobe.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

 

Return Shipping

  • We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange a collection at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

  • If you haven't received your refund after that, please contact us at hello@cosmobe.com.

Order Cancellations & Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, please notify us by emailing hello@cosmobe.com with your order number.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund it immediately.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return procedure outlined above.

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

As permitted under Regulation 28(3)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Sealed cosmetic or hygiene products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, for health and hygiene reasons.

If a cosmetic product is returned in its original sealed condition, a full refund will be issued. If the seal has been broken, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, leaking, expired, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Refunds for lost shipments may require up to 30 days for carrier confirmation.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the risk in goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we are responsible for resolving the issue.
